I have joined a chi gong class organized by 'Hong Kong Cosmic Qigongists general association". The teacher wrote "靈子顯動" on the board and asked us to say that...and then there was a force driving us to move our body slowly. In fact i didn't know it's 靈 because i didn't wear my glasses...but now i realized and i am scared because it guess it has to do with 'spirits'.. it's powerful that i experienced the benefit the next day, i didn't feel tired but now i am worried. Since i am too busy to do my own research so i hope people here can give me advice about this..is it 邪門?
There was not worshipping, just the teacher kept telling us previous life, this life...buddhism..taoism..etc.
Please help, i will have my third lesson tomorrow night and i don't know if i should go or not.
